Lilith ~ music art ~ לילית || Ronit Rolland Live

The Women’s Gathering has grown tremendously over the past year and a half. It has been organized and produced by a small group of dedicated volunteers (you know who you are) who have given their time and energy to help create queer women’s community here in Jerusalem. The time has come to expand our activities, and in order to do so, we are introducing two new unique events to the Jerusalem nightlife scene. The first of these events is “eVɘ”, a dance party promoting women DJ’s from both Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. “eVɘ” opened 13.4.13 with DJ Noam Weiner and DJ Michal Serr, and successfully packed the Bass Club. The second of these events is “Lilith”…

“Lilith ~ music art” is an evening of music, poetry, art and dance which promotes women’s creative expression in the Holy city of Jerusalem. The new line will offer concerts from the best musicians and performers that Israel has to offer. Following the concert, there will be a special Women’s Gathering Acoustic Edition which will provide a platform for women, women-identified and queer peoples to express themselves via the various artistic mediums with which they choose to create.

If you would like to showcase your creativity in our upcoming events please send us an email with an example of your work to: womensgatheringjlm@gmail.com

For our opening night, we are honored to host longtime Israeli singer-songwriter Ronit Rolland for a full concert. She will be performing with Shiri Burstein – Drums, Asaf Hachimi – Contrabass, along with special guest artist Din Aharony.
